Nick Hogan and the National Wave Drift Team proudly present Operation Freedom Rings—the first-ever FREE calling program for American troops deployed overseas. Operation Freedom Rings allows troops to place free calls through any computer with Internet access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! Operation Freedom Rings was created out of Nick’s desire to honor John Graziano (his best friend) as John honored our country with his service to the U.S. Marine Corps during the 9 months he spent serving in Iraq.

Recognizing the importance of contact with family and loved ones, Nick would like to provide each and every soldier the capability to call home anytime—for free! In order to do so, we need the help of your tax-deductible donation. Proceeds benefit the J&J Recovery Fund, in honor of John Graziano and his service and sacrifice for our country.

With Operation Freedom Rings, troops receive a device that plugs into the computer’s USB port. The user then connects a phone with a standard phone cord into the device to call any phone, anywhere in the USA, at any time—at absolutely no cost to them, their family, or friends!

Currently troops rely primarily on pre-paid phone cards (often supplied by non-profit organizations) to keep in touch with their family here at home. For a minimal initial cost—the equivalent of a few calling cards—troops can make unlimited calls to any phone in the USA for free—with no worries about how many minutes they have left.

Every $100 donation provides the following:

• 1-USB calling device, forwarded to a soldier in your name (may be to a specific soldier, see below)
• 2-Official Uniting Towels of America

• One for the soldier to participate in this year’s National Wave
• One for you, the Donor, for your participation

To provide the calling device for a specific soldier, please include the soldier’s name and mailing address with your. If no soldier is specified, a shipment of calling devices and Uniting Towels will be sent to a military unit overseas every month.
